Large Plot and New Product Evaluation - DEKALB® Brand Corn Products

• Several DEKALB® brand corn products were planted at the Bayer Learning Center near Scott, MS to determine the highest yielding products for this environment.

• 240 lb actual nitrogen was split-applied as two 50% applications of 32% liquid.
• Highway site plots were 8 rows each and 550 feet long. 
• Buckshot site plots were 8 rows each and 1300 feet long. 
• Yields were adjusted to 15.5% moisture.
• All other agronomic practices were standard for the area.

• 15 Asgrow® brand soybean products were planted at the Bayer Learning Center near Scott, MS to determine the highest yielding products for this environment.

• Ten Deltapine® cotton products were planted at the Bayer Learning Center near Scott, MS to determine the highest yielding products for this environment.

• 90 lb/acre of actual nitrogen was applied. 
• Plots were 8 rows each and 550 feet long.
• Mepiquat pentaborate (Pentia®) was applied at 16 oz product/acre on the following dates:

  •  — 6/26/2018
  •  — 7/03/2018 
• All other agronomic practices were standard for the area.
